Monitor the quality of responses that the Customer Support Representatives provide the customers through emails.
Develop new methods and processes to optimize quality and minimize response time (AHT).
Desired Candidate Profile
Leverage past process oriented skills & apply them to our global services group (US & other countries)
Strong QC process development & orientation skills a must
Exp in or with US companies (2 years)
3 - 4 years of total exp, min 1 yr in QC
